I take ibuprofen will this make me fail my hair test and come up positive for drugs?

No: The ingredient ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil) is not a problem in tests looking for drugs of abuse. However, if the ibuprofen is part of a tablet that also contains a narcotic, the narcotic may trigger a positive result (positive for the narcotic).
