Hi! all of yesterday i had a severe headache and a high fever and nausea. today i'm feeling fine except a stiff neck. could it be meningitis?

Unlikely: Fever resolution and overall feeling of improvement make meningitis unlikely. Stiff neck in meningitis is generally a precursor to more severe symptoms.
