constantly nauseas with no vomitting and also getting alot of bowel movement and have to use bathroom atleast 3-4 times a day for the last 2 weeks?

Gall Bladder?: This type of presentation could mean your gall bladder is not functioning properly. However, there are other things like ulcers or gastritis that could be causing you problems. I would document when the nausea is happening in regards to time of day and food intake. Get this evaluated with this info in hand.
