Gastroenteritis.: This could be gastroenteritis, or a stomach bug. As such, it should really be resolving in a day or two. As well, if you've taken an antibiotic within the past week or two, this watery diarrhea could be a form of infectious colitis. If you don't improve by tomorrow, seek medical attention locally.
