Consider pericarditi: Given your youthful age and "pleuritic" symptoms with nonspecific to wave inversions, pericarditis ought to be considered. See a cardiologist, consider treatment with high dose ibuprofen + colchicine. CessTion of exercise (hard to recommend) but part of treatment of pericarditis.
