Im 16 and ive been wondering if its normal for my bpm is it to 55 the highest it goes is 67 and thats rare and no im not an active kid i also have this sharp pain on the lest side of my chest i feel it towards my heart kinda?

I would schedule a regular visit with your doc and check it out with a history/exam and an EKG. A 24 hour Holter monitor would be my usual testing if a regular EKG finds nothing specific. Some individuals have a rhythm disturbance (heart block) that may need treatment. Maybe your just special but I wouldn't want to overlook a problem.

I have no concerns regarding your heart rate. The sharp pain that you describe is not indicative of a heart problem. If you have a family doctor, it may be worth seeing him/her for reassurance.
