R chest pain: Could be pleurodynia viral inflammation of the lining of the lungs, motrin/ aleve can help with pain. Or just costochondiritis inflammation of the cartilage of the rib cage - treatment is motrin /aleve. Rarely could be clot though usually no pain on palpation, and is more common if on birth control pills for this you need to follow up today with MD .
