I have a sharp pain on the right hand side of my chest (if my heart were on the right, that's were it pains) when i inhale or exhale deeply and if i put pressure on the painful area?

R chest pain: Could be pleurodynia viral inflammation of the lining of the lungs, motrin/ aleve can help with pain. Or just costochondiritis inflammation of the cartilage of the rib cage - treatment is motrin /aleve. Rarely could be clot though usually no pain on palpation, and is more common if on birth control pills for this you need to follow up today with MD .
