Go see ur Family Doc: I will defer to my more learned colleagues as to whether you should lactate your infant or not in your current situation. However, I'm more concerned that you haven't been evaluated & treated for possible cellulitis (some antibiotics should not be taken when lactating). So my priority is to urge you to get seen now.
