Time to call 911: Any person with a bug bite on the face and then trouble breathing should call 911 for the ambulance. The paramedics will have an Epipen (epinephrine) and other medications to help counteract the possible allergic reaction. The doctor at the E.R. Can evaluate to decide if it indeed is an allergic reaction.
