Hematuria: Hematuria refers to blood in urine. Gross hematuria means you can see it while microhematuria means you can't - just found it on testing. While it's common to have microhematuria discovered upon testing during menses, it's also possible for blood to drip into toilet & complicate matters. Weight loss shouldn't cause this, nor irregular periods. Intense cardio like running a marathon can. C ur doc.
