Hard to tell...: Are you having blood in your urine or vaginal blood? If you cannot tell the difference then go to see your doctor for a urine test to rule out blood in urine. In your age group work up will start to rule out a urinary tract infection if the blood is from urine. Vaginal bleeding can be spotting as well which can happen even if you have already had your period.
