Normal: A 'normal' menstrual cycle pattern can have variation from time to time. If you resumed normal menstruation after a day or so if spitting, I wouldn't worry unnecessarily. If sexually active and nit trying to conceive, a,ways use birth control. Make sure you get vaginal discharge evaluated and treated as indicated. Feel viid
