See remark: As a practicing urologist for more than 40 yrs,I have not heard of the medications you mentioned,are they herbal? Is your father 54 yrs? or you are 54 ? Can you better describe his symptoms,is his burning accompanted by frequency,slow stream etc.. I'llbe happy to respond
