Exanthems (= rashes): such as yours are often impossible to diagnose with out the MD having the advantage of " laying eyes on it." Photos of good resolution can help but won't supplant good clinical evaluation. There are so many possibilities it wouldn't help anything to try to narrow down with such little information. On the other hand, a good dermatologist usually can nail it in a few minutes in person.
