Hello, i just had my gall bladder removed and the the first few times my urine looked healthy, now it appears to have blood in it. this normal?

Not usual: I wouldn't expect you to have bloody urine after a lap GB removal. IF you were catheterized prior to surgery (not my routine) there may have been urethral trauma, which should be self limited. I'd call your doctor and/or surgeon Monday if this persists. Keep drinking plenty of fluids over the weekend. Good luck.
