I am a young male 25 years old. Lately I have been seeing an increase in tiny red veins all over my body. Around eyes, shoulder, chest, back, rib cage, and legs. Its a little concerning they seem to increasing and not going away? What could it be?

ALT elevated for a year are around 120, most recent it jumped to 200. All other blood work good, CBC, PT, and Hep. Notice in last few months alot of red veins on ribs, chest, and around eyes. Should I get a liver biopsy or run any hormone tests?
