Brain problem: Thiscould be a sign of brain involvement with inflammation or tumor. You should not wait to be seen and evaluated by your family doctor. This could be bp, but this is not likely.

Get seen: This multi-area involvement could indicate an important situation requiring treatment. High BP may be there but could be even more. I agree you should not wait any longer and be seen by a good internist as soon as possible.
