I have some sort of pimple near the tear duct. is it something to worry about? or what have to do? thank you

Mgt workup: This may be a stye or a small site of staph infection. Please schedule a virtual appointment or follow up with your PCP.

Frequent warm/wet...: ...compresses. This is the usual recommendation by ophth. Also works as prevention as might gently washing eyelids with mild shampoo perhaps even tea tree shampoo and clean cloth, daily. If it won't resolve with warm compresses, see a plastic surgeon. Most ophthalmologists will not do the surgery when it is indicated. Should be some one comfortable with tear duct surgery.
