Class III: If you have a severe underbite and cross-bite, you probably have a skeletal Class III malocclusion (bad bite) with a size differential error between upper and lower jaws. Consider seeing a Prosthodontist, a specialist in tooth replacement, and an Oral Surgeon, a specialist in jaw realignment. Together they will probably be able to provide you with the best resolution.
