Unlikely : It is unlikely that your growth plates are still open. If they are, they are nearly closed at your age and it is very unlikely that you will get much more longitudinal growth at age 21.

Doubtful: The bones which contribute the most to your height in late adolescence are the femur and tibia. They normally finish elongating by your late teens.
