Here are some ...: UTIs in most women are uncomplicated, itself alone should not cause anemia. But the use of antibiotics & some drugs + poor overall health or insidious GI bleeding may induce anemia. The pain in right arm and stomach indicates some irritation to regional nerve endings such as those disorders in regional joints, muscles, or nerves. So, seek pro-evaluation and counseling for detail timely.
