Take him to a Doctor: He needs check up to find the cause of dizziness to cure him , cause could be any thing for poor circulation to brain due to carotid artery disease , or BP or high blood sugar etc several systemic diseases can produce his symptoms Find him a family doctor so he can have regular check ups
