Highly unlikely: Since they were already taking an antibiotic when you shook hands, the chance of infection is very unlikely. This is given that the antibiotic they were taking is effective for MRSA (Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) or Septra or doxycycline are a few examples). If you develop any red spots that look like "spider bites", it would be prudent to seek medical attention to get checked.
