Nocturnal Bruxism: also called night time clenching, may cause tooth wear, and even damage or break teeth. Currently, no therapy has been proven effective in treating sleep bruxism. See your dentist for night guard fabrication for teeth protection. Good luck.

Bite problems: Have you had your wisdom teeth removed? If you have not start by seeing a dentist about the wisdom teeth and also have your bite and TMJ evaluated. A night guard may be part of the answer, but the only way to know is by seeing a dentist. Good luck.

Night guard: A protective night guard may be indicated if you grind or clench your teeth. Please see your Dentist to evaluate 1) viability of your wisdom teeth, 2) your occlusion, 3) indications of bruxism or other parafunctional habits. Your Dentist can then treat you or refer you based on specific diagnostic criteria.
