Follow up on labs: It sounds like you have already seen a Obgyn and that a work up has already been done. That doctor is in a much better position to know what is wrong since they have all the lab work and have done your exam. Hormonal imbalances, infections, fibroids and polyps are a few of the common causes. A BHCG that low usually is not clinically meaningful but your doctor should interpret it in the context.
