Delayed Menses: If you are on birth control it's unlikely you are pregnant but you make have hormonal changes due to HCG injections so I recommend seeing your ob-gyn. HCG injections may cause false positive urine pregnancy tests but your doctor can perform an Ultrasound and verify if there is a pregnancy or order blood tests to quantify the level if needed.
