Carbohydrates : Avoiding carbohydrates will help. Limiting calories wipl also help, along woth mild exercise such as walking 4/7 days a week. You will have to learn how to learn the ingredients and calories in all the food you eat, and stay persistent. There are many ways to get help with this, such as weight watchers, etc. Hope this helps!
