Again : Again , more info is required to really make out something of your history , is like naming a song with one , three or 20 notes . It is important to know , if you did a work out and this started the pains , it may be related to muscle over work, on the other hand it varies according to your age and also to the objective evaluation of the muscles and joints . If there is myositis (inflammation of the muscle)or arthritis( inflammation of the joints) it might be related to a disease and it ought to be evaluated by a physician . If the pain in your legs is close to your hips and you have trouble getting up from a chair the implications are different and again you should see a physician.
