Anal fissure: most likely the bleeding is from anal fissure. keep your bowels soft and regular. drink a lot of fluid ,juices like prune juice, eat more fibers, and fruits. and exercise.

Rectal bleeding: It is possible that either something was missed or the bleeding is coming from higher up .. We need more History to help you find out where the blood is coming from .
