Opioids: Tylenol (acetaminophen) with codeine is less potent than Morphine. Both work on certain receptors in the body, but Morphine has a higher affinity for the pain receptors & thus you will feel the pain decrease better & faster than you would with the codeine. You will also feel more sedative effects, constipation & potential dependence with the Morphine. Use with caution and only when you need it. Hope this helps.
