OPIOID PART: Tylenol (acetaminophen) 3 has 300 mg of Acetaminophen and 30 mg of codeine. Norco will have 325 mg of Acetaminophen and there are three different levels of hydrocodone dosages. The difference is between the Codeine and the hydrocodone. They are basically cousins designed to do the same thing just chemically different - like the difference between equal and splenda as artificial sweeteners.
