EAT !: There's no reason for you not to eat... soft foods, liquids, etc. Stay hydrated. I'm not sure of your range of motion after the extractions, pain, or suturing so I suggest you use your best judgement as to what to eat. Small bites of a hamburger should not pose a problem if you are healing normally.

Speak to dentist: Follow the instructions related to post surgical care but if not clear ask the person who actually did the procedure. He should let you know exactly when to eat.

Protein: You should have been placed on a soft high protein diet to promote healing. By now you should be able to eat food such as hamburger, yoghurt, ice cream, soft fish, soups with a meat/chicken/seafood stock. If you saw a Specialist, an Oral Surgeon, for your extractions you were probably provided with written post-surgical instructions. You might want to review the instructions.
