Options: This is common and there are a number of options. There are medications that will bleach or decrease the hyperpigmentation. There are UV/laser based treatments that are helpful as well. Time will also decrease them. I would recommend that you consult with a cosmetic dermatologist for options and treatment if this is concerning.
