does accutane deplete hyaluronic acid. if not, then why are my lips still so dry 3 years later?

Diminishes oil gland: Accutane tends to diminish oil gland (sebaceous gland) activity which may contribute to dry skin but it does not generally effect hyaluronic acid levels. Your benzoyl peoxide may also cause dry lips.
