Go ahead: Aloe Vera is very benign and soothing and you will suffer no harm from it even with long term use. However, it will probably not do much for your acne scars and what I am guessing is dark pigmentation of the scars. A consultation with a dreamt;gist and topical creams by prescription may be a better solution for you.
