Get examined: Unfortunately, amongst other things like infection, testicular cancer is a possibility. Recommend seeing a physician for an examination and possibly an ultrasound.

Testicles (scrotum) become inflamed (Red) and itchy (seems like the just skin) after ejaculation. Discomfort lasts several hours. No discharge or painful urination or any other obvious abnormalities. What could be causing this ?
