Things to ponder: Your core body temperature actually varies throughout the day in response to changes in metabolic activity and physical pursuits. It is usually its lowest after a period of sleep (commonly 4AM) and peaks late in the day (4PM). Long distance runners often maintain 101f +/- during the late phase of their run but cool off after rest. Minor variations like you cite are insignificant.
