PERICARDIAL EFFUSION: PERICARDIAL EFFUSION is fluid around the heart. It can be due to spread from the cancer itself, side effect of Chemo or from a virus. She needs close follow up with her ONCOLOGY DOCTOR and CARDIOLOGIST.
