No: There are abnormal pregnancies that can develop in the uterus (anembryonic or molar pregnancies where a baby doesn't form) can both require surgical treatment with dilation and curettage (the 'abortion' procedure). An ectopic pregnancy isn't treated with that specific procedure, but i understand what you are asking.
