Yes, a spontaneous abortion of a tubal pregnancy is possible, but the danger of rupture of the tube (and internal bleeding) is much greater. I can't help but wonder why a 51-year old would ask. See a trusted ob-gyn if tubal pregnancy is a realistic option.
