Maybe not.: If your breath smells like feces, this could mean that you have something more serious than a stomach virus, like a partial obstruction. If you are taking Imodium (loperamide) stop it! This can cause your intestines to stop working temporarily if you do have a virus and cause symptoms like an obstruction. See a doc today and get checked. If you have fever, or abdominal pain, an ER is the best bet.
