Blood in belly: Your shoulder pain is probably from diaphragm irritation, which may be from a small amount of blood in your abdomen. This can come from a bleeding ovarian cyst. This is really just an educated guess though. If the pain is severe you should see your doctor.

I always seem to have bad upper back pain. Today off and on I have had quick throbbing pains close to my back shoulder blade, shooting into my left. Could this just be nerve pain or what else?
Not quite severe, but very bad. The slider only lets you choose no pain or severe pain. It's my right upper back just left of my right shoulder blade. Feels like a cramp. Heat, Advil, and Tylenol haven't helped.
