Stm shldr, thgh pain: May be but more likely2 processes. Shoulder left rib pain could be from stomach , gastritis with or without H pylori, food intolerance ( fatty stool) or pancreas which is also associated with fatty stool . Check h pylori and lipase/ amylase. Rarely diverticulitis though usually that is lower abd .Thigh pain could be sequela of abd dysfx or related to period. f/u/ w/ doc
