pain in left shoulder blade, fatty stool, pain under left rib cage that goes around to back and pain in back of thighs and have period. related?

Stm shldr, thgh pain: May be but more likely2 processes. Shoulder left rib pain could be from stomach , gastritis with or without H pylori, food intolerance ( fatty stool) or pancreas which is also associated with fatty stool . Check h pylori and lipase/ amylase. Rarely diverticulitis though usually that is lower abd .Thigh pain could be sequela of abd dysfx or related to period. f/u/ w/ doc
