A member asked:

I got 10 red spots on the back of my hand. the first time i got them was a week ago and had them twice since then only last for am hour. not itchy ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unusual: Fleeting nonitchy red spots may be due to transient dilatation of tiny blood vessels in the back of the hand which would be more blotchy. Hives or insect bites or allergic reactions last longer than an hour and are itchy. Did exposure to a change in temperature or something that came in contact with your hand play a role?
