Many possibilities: Pediatric rashes can be from many possible causes, including viral infections, bacterial infections, allergic reactions, and many others. Unfortunately, dermatology is a specialty that relies heavily on actually seeing and feeling the rash. Thus, providing you with a diagnosis based on a written description is impossible. Best to see your pediatrician or dermatologist to provide you a diagnosis.
