Red spots: This may be hands, foot and mouth disease which is a viral infection seen mostly in children. Adults can also get it but it is a much milder infection in them. The eruption may persist for 10 days and is usually not itchy. No treatment is available but none would be needed anyway for such a mild infection. See your MD as needed.
