Miscarriage, TTC: If you're no longer having any bleeding and are free of pain, then you should wait until you have a regular period prior to trying to conceive (TTC). No need for an exam unless there's concern for infection or retained elements from your previous pregnancy. Definitely start prenatal vitamins now if you're trying to get pregnant! Good luck!
