A member asked:

Can you tell me when could you try to conceive after a natural miscarriage?

You shouldn't : I tell my patients to wait a month after an early loss. Conception the first month after a miscarriage is ill-advised as it increases the risk of another loss.

As soon as UR ready.: Older recommendations to wait for 3-6 months have been associated with decreased likelihood of achieving pregnancy compared to no-wait approach. Ergo, one can resume sexual activity as soon as one feels ready after a miscarriage.
