Am i having appendicitis upper back pain and upper abdominal went to hospital a week ago they said nothing just prescribed me zantac (ranitidine)?

Not appendicitis : Appendicitis typically starts with pain around the belly button, then migrates to the right lower abdomen. Also, it usually doesn't last for a week without causing severe illness. Best to see your primary care this week for a follow up exam, and more complete evaluation. Hope this helps!
