Autoimmune?: During pregnancy, your immune system is suppressed so that your body won't reject the fetus which is kind of a foreign invader with its own genetics and blood type. When your immune system resets after you give birth, it can overreact and attack parts of your own body. The thyroid gland & joints are common targets. Please seek professional medical care for this. Best wishes.

Very unusual: It is very unusual to have any residual symptoms of pregnancy after 6 weeks postpartum. Are you sure there isn't anything else that could have caused this all of a sudden? You should see your doctor as soon as you can to assess any concerns that may have to do with your heart/lungs & circulation. Any nutrition issues/nausea/limitations to your activity?
